The Reserve Bank of Malawi, essential in managing the country's monetary policies and financial stability, entrusted us with the construction of their Mzuzu Branch.

For this project, S.R.Nicholas inherited the partially complete basement box and foundation system. This created key constraints on the construction of the reinforced concrete superstructure and required detailed coordination to overcome. The project is a perfect example of high quality office construction, successfully delivered, from shell & core through to fit-out.
