The construction of the 7-storey headquarter building in central Blantyre required careful construction logistics due to the constrained city site. The buildings facade was key in delivering the buildings performance and architectural expression. The building is clad with Alucobond aluminum panels while the glazed portions shield the internal offices from direct daytime sunlight via a controlled sun blind system. The lower levels are finished with bespoke sandstone tiles that complement the color scheme of the upper levels.
